Tennessee State University and Meharry Medical College are offering an accelerated 7-year MD/DDS program designed for qualified high school students interested in pursuing careers in medicine or dentistry. This program provides an opportunity for Black male high school seniors to earn a medical or dental degree through an accelerated pathway, with potential full-ride scholarship support available.

Qualified applicants should be:

Black male high school seniors graduating this year

Interested in becoming a physician or dentist

Maintaining a 3.5 GPA or higher

Achieving a 28 ACT score or above

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to complete their undergraduate and medical/dental education in 7 years through this unique partnership between Tennessee State University and Meharry Medical College.

Interested students or families are encouraged to share candidate information as soon as possible for consideration.
