Its flagship platform, Sentinel AI, is a multi-layer enterprise SaaS platform that begins with evidence-based behavioral health screening using validated assessment tools to detect depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, substance use disorders, and suicide risk. The platform then performs AI-powered contactless vital signs and wellness monitoring using remote photoplethysmography (rPPG), generates AI-driven clinical insights and recommendations, and seamlessly connects individuals to the appropriate level of care through healthcare providers, behavioral health specialists, community resources, telehealth, or crisis services. In later stages of implementation, Sentinel AI will introduce an Emergency Department-to-Home (ED-to-Home) AI triage workflow, enabling health systems to safely assess, triage, and remotely monitor appropriate behavioral health patients while reducing unnecessary emergency department utilization. As a final-stage deployment option, and only where requested by healthcare organizations or public agencies, Sentinel AI will deploy autonomous robotic kiosks in underserved and behavioral health provider shortage areas to expand access to screening, contactless wellness monitoring, and care navigation where behavioral health professionals are limited. Sentinel AI integrates with FHIR/HL7 electronic health records to reduce clinician burden, improve patient outcomes, and transform behavioral healthcare from reactive crisis management to proactive prevention.
